The Cleveland Cavaliers player is taking a legal action against Kimberly Alexander for what he calls 'lies' about him being the father of her child although the DNA test has come back negative.

AceShowbiz - Tristan Thompson is having enough with all the drama created by Kimberly Alexander after she came up with allegation that he fathered her child. The professional basketball player lets the law speak for him as he has filed a libel lawsuit against the woman.
In the suit obtained by ET, the former boyfriend of Khloe Kardashian claims Kimberly has "maliciously accused" the NBA pro of being "a deadbeat dad" while the DNA test result has proven he's not the father of her child.
"A reputable, accredited DNA lab approved by her own lawyers has conclusively determined that Thompson is not the father of Alexander's child," the documents claim, adding that despite the alleged findings, "Alexander has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child's father."
According to the suit, the Canadian athlete offered to take a second DNA paternity test by an AABB-accredited lab believing that they would yield the same results, but Kimberly refused and insisted on a third-party option that was not trusted by his team.
"To quote Michael Jackson, 'The kid is not [his] son,' " the documents state. The complaint also states that Kimberly has publicly accused Tristan and Khloe of manipulating the paternity results, which they have strongly denied.
Alleging that Kimberly only went public with the allegation now when the child is 5 years old because she's fallen on hard times, the complaint points out that the woman has had financial problems over the past several years, and claims that she's been evicted from at least five different residences within the past seven years, one as recent as July 2019.
Tristan is suing Kimberly for libel after his attorney Marty Singer sent her cease and desist letters. But instead of refraining herself from talking about it in public, Kimberly fired back on social media. The NBA star is now seeking damages to "set an example of defendants, and to deter such conduct in the future" as well as for court costs.
Kimberly previously claimed that she's secured financially and blasted Tristan for lying about the timeline of their one-night stand relationship. The Cleveland Cavaliers player reportedly admitted he had sex one time with Kimberly around 2011/2012, years before the her child was born, but Kimberly denied it.
