AceShowbiz - Tami Roman caught wind of Vivica A. Fox's comments on NeNe Leakes's possible drug use. Responding to the claims, the "Basketball Wives" alum uses the opportunity to speak up about how reality TV shows play a big part in affecting the cast's mental health.

"As someone who's been on RealityTV a very long time, your mental health can absolutely be affected," she wrote in an Instagram comment. "Yes you're involved in drama but that doesn't negate how that drama & the repercussions play on your psyche, how it affects your family, your business... etc."

The VH1 personality went on to say, "it's not unusual for someone to want to seek help at some point." Tami also appeared to defend NeNe and debunk the speculations as she wrote, "As far as the other stuff being said, I don't know anything about that & ive been around her several times."

Vivica sparked speculations that NeNe was on drugs during her recent appearance on Claudia Jordan's Fox Soul show "Out Loud with Claudia Jordan". During the interview, Claudia and the guests, who also included Lisa Raye and Syleena Johnson, discussed NeNe's statements about seeking therapy after wrapping up season 12 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta".

"I'm seeking a therapist. I've had a phone call with the therapist. We haven't seen each other in person because we can't, because of quarantine," NeNe shared. "I felt very traumatized. I think a lot of times, people see the tough exterior and they don't know that you hurt inside sometimes like everybody else."

"I do think that mental health awareness is key. I think that we all should be excited about mental health," Syleena sarcastically weighed in on the matter. Vivica then chimed in, insinuating that NeNe was on drugs. "Sometimes I'm just like, 'What is really going on?' Let's talk about it for a second, honey. I just wanted to know did you see a little, um um."

She added, "I definitely think that mentally something is going on. You can only spit out that much venom and after a while, it doesn't affect you in a negative way."
