While Ray insists that he's trying to 'do better,' the talk show host isn't convinced as she says that the 'LHH: Hollywood' star is not 'the best husband' for his wife Princess Love.

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams and Ray J were recently linked up in a new episode of the former's talk show. In the episode, Wendy, who has filed divorce from husband Kevin Hunter over infidelity, could be seen blasting the rapper while discussing his relationship with his wife Princess Love following marital woes.

Wendy asked Ray, who called in from a hotel where he’s quarantining amid the COVID-19 pandemic, "How is the long-suffering Princess Love?" Ray answered, "She's doing well. She's the best mother."

"Listen, God is good, we'll all get better. I can do better, I can definitely do better, and I will do better. I'm working towards making sure the kids know that we love each other and we love them more than anything," Ray continued.

However, Wendy wasn't exactly convinced. "Yeah, you can convince the kids, but us as adults, who watch you -- you've discussed your problems on TV," she said, referring to Ray and Princess' upcoming reality TV show "The Conversation: Ray J and Princess Love.". "I don't even like that I love you [Ray J] What is your problem?"

"We did 'The Conversation' on the Zeus network because we already are on TV and we felt like us being our own therapists could work," Ray explained. "We tried it. We just gave it a shot since we already on blast and everybody creating their own stories about what they see. Just tried to give it a shot. Did it help? I don’t know."

Wendy then interjected, "No! It didn't help because it shows that she's a good mom and she's tried to be there for you." Of Princess, the host continued, "You haven't been the best husband, Ray J. She's put up with more than she needs to and it shows that you’re the type of man who will never be faithful. She's a good mom. And, you've proved you can't be faithful."

"She's working hard and sometimes we go through the ups and downs. I had a problem with us being on the same page and understanding how to learn each other and compromise. That's what it was and what it is," she continued. "It's her way or no way and I'm gonna ride with her. But we've got a lot of growing to do."

Ray and Princess got married in August 2016. The "Love and Hip-Hop: Hollywood" stars shared two kids together.
