The 'A Rainy Day in New York' actor reveals in a live Q&A session that eleven-year-old Jeronimo and nine-year-old Fiona tested positive for COVID-19 in March, but has since recovered.

AceShowbiz - Actor Diego Luna's kids are back home after spending three weeks in quarantine following a coronavirus scare.

Jeronimo, 11, and his nine-year-old sister Fiona have recovered from COVID-19 after testing positive for the virus last month, and the "Star Wars" actor is thankful his kids are going to be OK.

"My kids had the virus long ago and they just were allowed to come home," the 40 year old said during a live question-and-answer session with IndieWire via Instagram on Thursday, April 09. "They're immune now, they're in the next stage. Yesterday was the first night they slept here and life has changed dramatically for me."

"I was, like, three weeks not being able to hug them or get close to them, and finally I am (sic)."

The kids are from his five year marriage to singer Camila Sodi, which ended in 2013.

He isn't the only star who has had to deal with severely sick kids during the ongoing pandemic - Pink's three-year-old son Jameson was also violently ill as both he and his mum battled the virus last month.
