Offering his apology for shocking fans with the tweet over 'Colores' branded masks, the 'Tranquila' hitmaker admits that the marketing was 'very badly done.'

AceShowbiz - Latin star J Balvin has apologised after tweets marketing face masks branded to match his new album were sent from his account.
Shocked fans posted screenshots of a swiftly deleted tweet on Saturday, March 21, which read, "#Colores (his new album's title) merch. Available for 24 hours only!" and linked to his website where branded masks were available to buy.
When he became aware of accusations he was trying to profit from the global coronavirus crisis by selling protective gear, the star took to Twitter to tell fans the marketing tweet had been sent without his knowledge and apologise.
The "Tranquila" hitmaker wrote, in Spanish, that the post was sent, "NOT WITH my consent" and added, "I already spoke with the marketing team and it was very badly done, I offer my apologies."
Balvin released "Colores" on Friday, March 20.
