The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has reportedly quietly taken the test after attending the Universal Music Group CEO's birthday party, but the result has come back negative.

AceShowbiz - Kris Jenner is not taking any chance when dealing with exposure to coronavirus. Two weeks after attending the birthday party of UMG CEO Lucian Grainge who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was revealed to have quietly taken the test.

"Kris Jenner has been tested for coronavirus after attending Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge's birthday bash a couple weeks ago," a source told ET Online on the matter. "Grainge tested positive and Jenner wanted to make sure she was being proactive in getting tested."

While she "wasn't sick and didn't have any symptoms," the 64-year-old mother of Kim Kardashian reportedly wanted to be sure she didn't contracted the virus. According to the source, she "luckily tested negative for coronavirus."

On Monday, March 16, Kris expressed her gratitude toward medical personnel for their dedication during the coronavirus crisis. "Thank you to ALL of our healthcare workers, doctors and nurses on the front lines for your dedication and service during this time," she wrote in an Instagram post. "Stay kind, be safe, we are in this together."

As for Lucian, the Universal Music Chairman is being treated for coronavirus at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Prior to the diagnosis, the music executive threw a 60th birthday party at La Quinta's Madison Club in Palm Springs, California. Among the guests in attendance were Apple CEO Tim Cooke, music manager Irving Azoff and British billionaire Philip Green.

A number of other high-profile stars were not as lucky as Kris. Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and Olga Kurylenko have all been tested positive for the virus. On Monday, March 16, "Luther" star Idris Elba announced through Twitter that he too has contracted the virus. Although he claimed he has "no symptoms so far," he has put himself in self-quarantine, and advised others to stay at home.
