The television host and stylist reveals she would get hit on by a lot of the talk show's guests after she got divorced from her ex-husband Freddy Harteis.

AceShowbiz - Before she began romancing Jeezy, Jeannie Mai had many suitors lining up to date her. The host of "The Real" has revealed that many guests of the syndicated talk show would hit on her following her split from her ex-husband Freddy Harteis in late 2017.

"When I got divorced, I would get hit on by a lot of the different guests," the 41-year-old said on Elle magazine's YouTube series. But the television personality and stylist turned down their advances. "And I just don't wanna," she shared. "So, I said no a lot to those dates."

On why she rejected the date offers, Jeannie said, "I was just gonna say I don't wanna mix business with pleasure and date somebody off of my set." She, however, admitted that it was just an excuse, because she's "doing that now." She went on explaining her reason to turn down those date invites, "But at the time, I just really didn't think it was good to get involved with anybody until I was really ready."

Jeannie and her then-husband Freddy announced they had filed for divorce in October 2017 and it was finalized more than a year later, in December 2018. She and Jeezy (previously known as Young Jeezy) were first reported to be romantically linked to each other in January 2019, but it wasn't until August of the same year that they confirmed they're an item.

Jeannie, who divorced Freddy because she didn't want to have children while he did, seemingly has had a change of heart about motherhood after dating the rapper. Last November, she revealed she's feeling brooding after seeing a picture of Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwyane Wade with their one-year-old daughter Kaavia. Jeannie wrote in the comment section, "Dear God, what are you doing to my uterus, dude."
