The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' momager is astonished by the online hype surrounding her daughter Kylie Jenner's rendition of the wake up catchphrase.

AceShowbiz - Kris Jenner couldn't believe the attention her daughter Kylie Jenner attracted with the "Rise and Shine" melody she sang to her daughter Stormi.

Kylie first sang to her daughter Stormi in a YouTube clip, and went on to sing it on several other occasions, including at the KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics Christmas party, and Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's art auction in honour of nonprofits LIFT Los Angeles and Inner-City Arts in December 2019.

The businesswoman then capitalised on the viral tune, releasing a limited run of sweaters featuring the words "rise and shine" and Kylie's face inside a yellow sun.

Speaking on Thursday's February 27, 2020 instalment of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", Kris opened up on the "amazing" coverage the seconds-long snippet received, admitting it was "so easy" to monetise the moment.

"It was really amazing, the attention that we got from that, and so, by the end of the day, I was like, 'Let's print up some T-shirts!' You know, why not? It's so easy," she said.

When asked what else they have made besides T-shirts, Jenner said they thought about it as a "sub-brand" for Kylie, quipping she'd get 10 per cent from that project if it came into fruition.

Kylie was previously forced to deny reports she'd been sending out cease and desist letters to try and prevent people from using the term.
