The 'Sopranos' actor says he has gone through many addictions because he feels empty and tries to find something to fill the void amid his struggle with mental health issues.

AceShowbiz - Actor Joe Pantoliano has lost count of the many types of addictions he's had.
The 68-year-old "Sopranos" star reveals he has such an addictive personality, he even became dependent on wellness activities.
"You find something that fills the void - masturbation, meditation - it doesn't matter," he told Page Six. "You have a drink and you go, 'Ah, this is the feeling I've been looking for.' You're trying to fill it."
Joe went public with his clinical depression diagnosis in 2007 and discusses his mental health issues in memoir "Asylum". "The Goonies" star thinks it's his duty to talk about mental health, which is why he admires public figures like British royals Prince William and his younger brother Prince Harry who have also put forth public campaigns for the cause.
"If you think about William and Harry and what they went through (in childhood), the trauma of what happened to them, in a culture that's saying 'stiff upper lip' - it doesn't work that way," Joe said.
