AceShowbiz - Billy Ray Cyrus is keeping his fingers crossed for a "Hannah Montana" prequel, so he can grow his famous mullet back.
The "Old Town Road" star appeared on the hit Disney show, alongside daughter Miley Cyrus, from 2006 to 2011, and he's hoping rumors of a TV return for the child pop superstar are true - because he'd love to reprise his characters, Robby Stewart and Robbie Ray.
"They're talking about doing a prequel... I would do that in a heartbeat," Billy Ray tells Hollywood Life. "That means I get to get my mullet back."
He adds, "I think there's a whole story that led up to Miley becoming Hannah Montana."
