The 'Juice' raptress is featured in a video doing some pre-Grammys workout after former 'The Biggest Loser' trainer Jillian Michaels was accused of fat-shaming Lizzo.

AceShowbiz - Lizzo has proven to everyone, particularly her critics, that she does exercise too. The Grammy Award-winning artist was caught on camera doing some workout to prepare for her appearance at the Sunday, January 26 prize-giving event.

In the video, the 31-year-old star was seen doing squat jumps with a female companion, who was possibly her personal trainer. She rocked an emerald green workout outfit, black sneakers, a white cap and sunglasses. She also wore a define band from What Waist.

The video was posted on What Waist's official Instagram page. The account's administrator wrote in the caption, "Yessssssss #LIZZO! Multiple Grammy Award winning and platinum selling artist LIZZO was spotted in our #defineband for her pre-Grammys workout!"

According to the company, the define band is used "to enhance their fitness."

Lizzo herself has not spoken up about her workout regime, but the video is evidence that she also leads a healthy lifestyle despite criticism that she's glorifying obesity.

Jillian Michaels was one who recently criticized Lizzo for her plus-size figure. "Why are we celebrating her body?" she said of the femcee. "Why does it matter? Why aren't we celebrating her music? 'Cause it isn't going to be awesome if she gets diabetes."

After her comments sparked backlash, Jillian took to Instagram to double down on her initial statements. "As I've stated repeatedly, we are all beautiful, worthy and equally deserving. I also feel strongly that we love ourselves enough to acknowledge there are serious health consequences that come with obesity-heart disease, diabetes, cancer to name only a few," the personal trainer wrote. "I would never wish these for ANYONE and I would hope we prioritize our health because we LOVE ourselves and our bodies."

Lizzo then appeared to clap back at the former "The Biggest Loser" trainer with an NSFW message on her Instagram Stories. She reportedly said in a video, "If my name is your mouth...so is my p***y, b***h...enjoy the flavor!" A fan noticed that Lizzo also shared the brief clip on her main Instagram page with the caption, "PSA," before deleting it.
