The 35-year-old basketball player and his teammates are visibly upset and consoling each other as they arrive back in Los Angeles after a flight from Philadelphia.

AceShowbiz - LeBron James and other Lakers players were emotional wreck following the death of Kobe Bryant. The 35-year-old athlete was seen in tears at the Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday, January 26 after a flight from Philadelphia.

The Lakers players were headed back home when they received news about the passing of Kobe, a former Lakers player. As their plane landed and they exited the flight, LeBron and another guy were seen crying while leaning on the back of a vehicle.

Two other players, one in a black hoodie and another wearing a white jacket, then approached them to give LeBron and the other guy a consoling hug. LeBron, who just passed Kobe for third on the all-time scoring list on Saturday, was seen wiping away his tears with some tissues.

He was later seen sharing a long embrace with a woman, who also appeared to be in deep grieve. He walked away still wiping tears off his eyes before another man came to him and they shared a hug.

"Everyone is in shock," said a team source of the team's reaction to Kobe's sudden passing.

Tyson Chandler, who played for Lakers from 2018-2019, was also captured in a video holding back tears during a game.

Meanwhile, former teammate and longtime friend Shaquille O'Neal, expressed his sadness in an Instagram post. "There are no words to express the pain I’m going through now with this tragic and sad moment of loosing my neice Gigi & my friend, my brother, my partner in winning championships, my dude and my homie. I love you and you will be missed. My condolences goes out to the Bryant family and the families of the other passengers on board. IM SICK RIGHT NOW !" he wrote along with his pictures with the late star.

Kobe and his daughter Gianna were on their way to Bryant's Mamba Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks, California when the helicopter they boarded on crashed on Sunday, January 26 in Calabasas, California. The duo and seven others on board were killed.
