AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa's new era is coming sooner than ever. Fans have been freaking out on social media after a snippet of the lead single off the Mother Monster's sixth studio album leaked online on Tuesday, January 21.

The song is allegedly entitled "Stupid Love" and finds GaGa returning to her roots, an innovative catchy pop that's brimming with hooks. It's additionally filled with high-octane '80s synth lines and includes lyrics that read, "You're the one that I've been waiting for/ Gotta quit this crying/ Nobody's gonna heal me if I don't open the door/ Kinda hard to believe (Gotta have faith in me)."

Fans were really loving the snippet to the point where they could not stop talking about it on social media. "Lady Gaga serving gay bop, heavenly vocals, born this way nostalgia, disco pop, 80s synths in one song... yeah everyone freaked out, everybody got down, everybody wants STUPID LOVE," one gushed. Another heaped praises for the song, "The song IS SO GOOD. It has high vocals, mid vocals, falsetto, low vocals. It has amazing disco/pop production. Incredible meaning yet playful and fun."

The fan further predicted that the song would "become a HIT," while another simply said, "Gaga is really coming back with pop/ disco banger, a dream..." There was also an individual who noted, "I'm not embarrassed to say I was excited when I heard Lady GaGa was releasing a new song. But after my son played Stupid Love I dropped my lasagna in amazement!" Someone else thought that the song is already worthy of Song of the Year and Record of the Year at the Grammys.

It's unknown when "Stupid Love" will officially be released, though it's been rumored that the track is set to make its way out on February 7. There are also two new songs that have been registered to the GEMA music repertoire under GaGa's name. Titled "Chances" and "Feels So Good!", they are written by Ty Dolla $ign and Tobius Gad.

Meanwhile, it remains to be seen when the "A Star Is Born" star is going to release her upcoming album, which still doesn't have a title.
