Having been slapped with the lawsuit by the model, the former 'Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood' star stresses through his representative that it is 'a blatant attempt at extortion'.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Mally Mall is being sued for sexual battery and false imprisonment, after allegedly drugging and raping model Quashay Davis.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Davis claims the former "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star drugged her and forced her to perform sex acts with him at his home, in a "hyper-sexualised environment" that included several other naked women.

The alleged victim said her ordeal began after she flew from Dallas to Los Angeles to meet with the star, real name Jamal Rashid, about her career in the fitness business, where he introduced her to former porn star Jayla Foxx at his home.

She claims she blacked out after drinking a mixed cocktail that she believes was spiked with the drug molly - which has been compared to MDMA or ecstasy - and maintains she repeatedly asked Mall to stop, admitting she "feared for her life and worried that he would crush or choke her to death".

Davis also alleged he threatened to kill her if she fled the property, before making her getaway the following day after the hitmaker passed out.

The rapper is being sued for sexual battery, false imprisonment, gender violence and infliction of emotional and physical distress. His representative told the publication, "This is a blatant attempt at extortion", insisting: "There is no factual basis or merit in this case."

In October (19), Mall pleaded guilty to unlawfully operating a prostitution business disguised as an escort service, for which he faces at least one month in prison and up to 33 months behind bars. He will be sentenced on 21 January.
