The 'Rocket Man' hitmaker and his fellow British pop star are approached to play the upcoming sound relief concert to raise funds for those affected by Australian bushfire.

AceShowbiz - Elton John and Ed Sheeran are among the names tipped to play the Sound Relief concert in aid of Australian bushfire victims.
Australian promoter Michael Gudinski co-organised the first Sound Relief concerts in 2009, which helped victims of Victorian bushfires and Queensland floods, and told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) he plans to host a similar event, following the ongoing blazes across New South Wales and Victoria.
"Two people at the top of my list are Sir Elton (John) who has spent so much time here and is such a generous person, he's already donated a million bucks, and his little mate Ed Sheeran," Michael said.
Teasing other names in the running to play the gig, he added, "Bruce Springsteen's management sent me a note. I know how many people love and respect that guy and how serious his music is."
"Pink is a phenomenon here, Kylie (Minogue). It's too early to tell you the line-up," he continued.
Michael's company Frontier Touring will join forces with Chugg Entertainment, Live Nation, Secret Sounds and IMC to produce the Sound Relief 2020 concert. However, he clarified that at this stage he's "got no one signed up."
Stars across the globe have donated to the relief efforts in Australia against the fires, which have killed at least 25 people and destroyed 2,000 homes.
Leonardo DiCaprio most recently pledged $3 million via his environmental foundation, Earth Alliance, while Chris Hemsworth, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Pink, and Kylie Jenner have also donated.
