The woman who filed lawsuit against the musician apparently was not the only one that Trey, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, allegedly assaulted that night at E11EVEN Nightclub in Miami.

AceShowbiz - Trey Songz is facing lawsuit over an alleged sexual assault took place in a Miami nightclub on January 1, 2018. A Jane Doe reportedly claimed that the rapper invited her to the club following a 2018 New Year’s Eve party at Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' house.
According to The Blast, the woman accused the singer of sexually assaulting her and asked for $10 million in damages. The lawsuit stated that Trey, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, "sexually assaulted and battered JANE DOE by proceeding to forcefully place his hand under her dress, without her consent" after they headed to a VIP section at E11EVEN Nightclub.
Additionally, the paperwork claimed that the singer was "attempting to insert his fingers into JANE DOE'S vagina without her consent or permission."
"This is a lawsuit arising from a sexual assault and battery committed by NEVERSON upon JANE DOE while the two were partying at the E11even Miami night club ("E11even") on January 1, 2018," the suit continued. "This suit is based on claims of Assault, Battery, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. Plaintiff is seeking more than Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00) in damages."
The woman who filed lawsuit against the musician apparently wasn not the only one that Trey allegedly assaulted that night. "Shortly after the incident with NEVERSON at E11even JANE DOE discovered that she was not NEVERSON's only victim at E11even, as another female who was in attendance at the nightclub with the group confided to JANE DOE that NEVERSON had also put his hands down her pants and had placed his fingers into her buttocks without her consent earlier that same night," claimed the suit.
While Trey had been accused of assault in the past, he has yet to comment on the latest accusation.
