AceShowbiz - At six years old, Laurel Griggs already made her Broadway debut, starring opposite Scarlett Johansson, Ciaran Hinds and Benjamin Walker in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof". Seven years later, her extensive acting career was reported to have encompassed over a thousand performances, including her record-setting seventeen-month stint in the musical "Once" between 2013 and 2015. "Acting was just a childhood dream come true and she had big plans for the future," said her grandfather David B. Rivlin. Sadly, she could never reach her best potential. The teenager passed away of a massive asthma attack at 13 years old. "The world lost a real princess who only wanted to make the future happy for all," her grandfather added in a statement posted on Facebook.
