AceShowbiz - Tyler Skaggs' death shocked his teammates and other fellow baseball players. The Los Angeles Angels pitcher was unresponsive in his hotel room at a Hilton hotel in Southlake, a Dallas-Fort Worth suburb, hours before his team was supposed to face the Texas Rangers. The 27-year-old MLB star was pronounced deceased at the scene with no sign of foul play. An autopsy concluded that Tyler had aspirated on his own vomit and died of asphyxia while under the influence of fentanyl, oxycodone and alcohol. His death was ruled an accident.
