AceShowbiz - Shania Twain was embarrassed by her curves when she started to become a woman in her teens.
The "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" singer was not prepared for puberty and admits it hit her hard when she was 12.
"When you're 12 and all of a sudden you have D-sized cup breasts you don't know what to do...," she tells "Live with Kelly & Ryan". "I was embarrassed by them, because I was always playing football with the boys... and I was bouncing down the field."
"I would strap down my bust; I would wear two bras sometimes to stop them from bouncing... I did eventually (come to terms with womanhood)... I started to appreciate the fact that you can have fun being a woman."
