AceShowbiz - Actress and comedian Niecy Nash is making her marriage split official by filing for divorce.
The star and Jay Tucker broke up in October (2019) and on Thursday, December 12, she filed papers in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
Niecy and her estranged husband ended their eight-year marriage after realising they were "better friends than partners in marriage", according to a joint statement confirming their separation.
"We feel fortunate for the love we share - present tense," the note added. "Thank you all out there for your support of us as a couple over the last eight years. We are grateful."
