AceShowbiz - John Legend's young daughter is convinced the R&B singer's talent cannot compare to that of pop powerhouse Ariana Grande.
Little Luna was introduced to Ariana's music in 2017, when she and Legend teamed up for the titular theme tune for Disney's "Beauty and the Beast (2017)" live action revamp - and the three year old decided to let her Grammy-winning dad know exactly what she thought of his vocals.
During an interview on U.S. talk show "A Little Late with Lilly Singh", the "All of Me" hitmaker said, "She (Luna) told me one day, 'Dad, Ariana Grande is a great singer. You're not a great singer.'"
Luna quickly became obsessed with the 26-year-old, and now the toddler barely listens to anything else.
"Eventually she became such a big fan of Ariana that she's, like, unfavourably comparing me to Ariana Grande," Legend shared.
However, there's one album of daddy's which she still enjoys: "In addition to listening to Ariana all the time, she listens to my Christmas album," the proud father smiled.
Legend shares Luna and her one-year-old brother Miles with his wife, model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen.
