One eyewitness captured the moment when a guest delivered a heartfelt speech to congratulate the former "Tiny and Toya" star and the Atlanta sports manager, whom she called her "sister" and "brother" respectively.

Toya has confirmed it as she commented on the video which was reposted on The Shade Room's Instagram page. "Thank you!" she responded to a congratulatory message from the account handler.

Other users have also congratulated the pair on their engagement. "If u reading this I wish u Wealth, Love & Happiness," one sweetly commented on the news. Another wrote, "Man she deserves happiness. Hope it works." Another said, "So happy for her."

Toya and Red have been dating since 2017. They share a daughter together, Reign, who was born on February 8, 2018. She is also a mother to 20-year-old Reginae Carter whom she shares with then-boyfriend and ex-husband Lil Wayne. She was later married to Memphitz Wright in 2011, before separating in 2015.
