The "What's Love Got to Do with It" singer received love galore as she hit her latest milestone, as stars uploaded special tribute messages online.
The Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood kicked the party off by sending the icon well wishes "from your Ronnie", while The Beatles drummer Starr sent her "peace and love" and The Who rocker Pete Townshend told Tina he loved her.
Others getting in on the video act included Nile Rodgers, Bryan Adams and the London, New York and Hamburg, Germany casts of the hit musical, "Tina: The Tina Turner Musical".
Fellow icon Cher shared a photo of the pair with matching big hair, captioning it: HAPPY BIRTHDAY @LoveTinaTurner MY AMAZING FRIEND. WE'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT. MAGICAL ONE. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, YOU GIVE ME STRENGTH, YOU ARE A FORCE, A HURRICANE, A LIGHTNING STRIKE, A LEGEND, AN ICON, YOU ARE MY HERO, YOU ARE MY FRIEND..."
Rapper Missy Elliott, meanwhile, expressed her gratitude to the star for paving the way for performers like her, writing, "It's so IMPORTANT for us to KNOW OUR HISTORY in music because of artists like #TinaTurner who KICKED DOWN DOORS & left them open for artists like MYSELF & MOST of your FAVS (sic)."
Tina shared her own video, telling fans and friends, "Well, I look great. I feel good. I've gone through some very serious sicknesses that I'm overcoming. So, it's like having a second chance at life. I'm happy to be an 80-year-old woman."
