The cast member of Bravo's 'The Real Housewives of New York City' was asked for her hand in marriage by her CouponCabin CEO boyfriend less than a month after she confirmed their rekindled romance.

AceShowbiz - Tinsley Mortimer is hearing the wedding bells. The cast member of "The Real Housewives of New York City" has gotten engaged to her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Scott Kluth, after he surprised her with a proposal.

A source told Page Six that the 44-year-old TV personality and her now-fiance were making their way to dinner when they came across a group of Christmas carolers, who "broke into Christina Perri's 'A Thousand Years'," on the steps of the Chicago Water Tower. A video that has since popped out on social media captured the moment when the CouponCabin CEO got down on one knee.

About the romantic moment, the source spilled, "It took Tinsley a few seconds to figure out what was going on, but then Scott got down on one knee. He'd organized the whole thing with the carolers in advance." The source added, "She was totally surprised. Her friends sort of knew something was coming, but it really did take her by surprise."

The engagement news came a little over one month after Tinsley hinted at her reconciliation with the 40-year-old through an Instagram post. In late October, the socialite uploaded a photo of her standing in front of a window overlooking the Chicago skyline and credited him for the snap. "Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue. And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true," she wrote in the caption.

Weeks later, the former "High Society" regular confirmed that she and Scott have given their relationship another try. During a chat at BravoCon's "RHONY" panel, she shared, "Scott and I did get back together. I'm more excited than anybody is, but I'm just so happy."

Tinsley and Scott first met each other during season 9, thanks to former co-star Carole Radziwill. They went on to have a complicated relationship due to the long distance between them. Their latest break-up came in season 11.

When pressed on their status during a 2018 appearance on "Watch What Happens Live", she told host Andy Cohen, "So, the media is reporting that we did break up, and it's true. We are on a break right now." She elaborated, "Look, it's so hard to be in a relationship, particularly when we don't live in the same town. He's in Chicago, so busy with CouponCabin."
