Earlier this year, rumors emerged that the 'Ambitions' star would be joining the ladies for season 12 of the popular Bravo show after declining the offer years ago.

AceShowbiz - Is Robin Givens going to join the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta"? Earlier this year, rumors emerged that the actress would become a part of the Bravo reality show, and she has now responded to the rumors during an interview with HollywoodLife.com.

Asked about the rumors, Robin simply stated, "No, it's not true." She then added, "I think because I was working there and... I did a promo and one of the likes was... I forget what, [but] it was a really delicious kind of line. Like, 'There's only one queen.' But then everybody thought, 'Oh, she must be coming,' but no."

Robin was previously rumored to be a part of the next season's storyline after refusing to join the show before. "We approached [Robin] years ago to be on the 'Housewives' and she declined," an insider said at the time. "Now she's open to it." The source then added that it was unknown whether she would be "a housewife or a friend, but she's on."

And while Robin isn't going to appear in the next season of "RHOA", she admitted during the interview that she is fan of the show and is even friends with a couple of the housewives personally. "Kenya [Moore], I've done something with before," she told HollywoodLife.com. "And then Cynthia [Bailey] I've met, who's just lovely. Kandi, I've seen her twice on a plane. So the second time I was like, I'm going to say hello. So I was like, 'I just want to say hi. I keep seeing you when we're flying.' "

"RHOA" season 11 is currently airing on Bravo. The latest episode of the show featured NeNe Leakes reuniting with her co-stars following their fallout last season. She joined the ladies at NYC's WorldPride and even shared a hug with Cynthia Bailey.
