A week before the nominations for the 62nd annual event are announced, the 'Girl on Fire' singer confirms that she will be back on hosting duty on January 26 at the Staples Center.

AceShowbiz - Alicia Keys has been booked as the host of the 2020 Grammy Awards, returning to the post she held this year.

A week before the nominations for music's big night are announced, Grammy bosses have already secured a host after Keys won rave reviews for fronting the 2019 prizegiving.

Confirming her hosting gig, the "Girl on Fire" singer says, "At first, I did think last year was a one-time thing, but when the opportunity came back around, there was no question about returning as host."

"Last year was such a powerful experience for me. Not only did I feel the love in the room, but I felt it from around the world and it confirmed the healing and unifying power of music."

The 62nd annual event takes place on January 26 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
