When stopping by 'CONAN', 'The Bourne Supremacy' actor admits he was left stunned by the 'Mission: Impossible' star's approach to performing his own stunt secrets.

AceShowbiz - Matt Damon has revealed all about Tom Cruise's stunt secrets, explaining he simply replaces on-set safety experts who tell him he can't shoot dangerous scenes.

"The Bourne Supremacy" star reached out to Cruise for stunt advice a few years ago and the "Mission: Impossible" action man agreed to meet him for dinner.

Damon told "CONAN" host Conan O'Brien he quizzed Tom about all his stunts, particularly one he performed in 2011's "Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol" when he ran down the side of a skyscraper.

"I kinda cornered him and I said, 'Hey, tell me about this... like, I'm afraid of heights. How did you do this thing?' " Damon recalled. "And he goes, 'Oh, you know... I've been dreaming of this shot for 15 years, this sequence, and finally I had a chance to do it... So I go to the safety guy... and the safety guy says, 'You can't do that. That's too dangerous'... So I get another safety guy.' "

"I looked at him and I’m like, 'I'm tapping out, you win. You are the best!' "

"My reaction is, 'Too bad we can't do that sequence, it would have been really cool'. His reaction is, 'No, we're getting another safety guy.' "
