AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez has made chart history in America by becoming the first artist to top both the Billboard Hot 100 and Rolling Stone 100 countdowns in the same week.

"Lose You To Love Me" shot to the top of both charts on Monday, Monday 04 and Selena celebrated with fans on Instagram, thanking them for helping her achieve a dream.

"My first number 1!" she wrote. "This song is so dear to my heart. I've been working so hard to make this album as honest and fun as possible while remaining vulnerable enough to share where I am in life."

"I love you deeply and thank you so much for listening. I want to thank each and every person that was apart of this moment that I'll never forget! (sic)."

Selena also posted a photo of herself and co-songwriters, Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter, who also helped pen her 2015 hit "Good For You".
