15-years-old Presley Long, who is battling a gastrointestinal neuroectodermal tumor, struggles to control her emotions when she chats with the former fiance of Lady GaGa.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Kinney made the day of a young cancer patient this week, by FaceTiming her from the set of her favourite TV show, "Chicago Fire".

Presley Long, who is 15-years-old and battling a gastrointestinal neuroectodermal tumour (GNET), is one of the actor's biggest fans and boasts she's never missed an episode of "Chicago Fire".

As she continues struggling against the aggressive cancer in hospital, Presley's mum called up an old friend who runs cancer foundation the Nikolas Ritschel Foundation, who then put her in touch with producers at the show to set up the call.

Video from the FaceTime session shows Presley struggling to control her emotions as she chats to her idol, who greets her by telling her: "I've been looking forward to talking to you."

He then tells the teenager a bit about what he's been working on during the day of filming on Chicago Fire, before telling Presley to get her mum to pass over her details so he can stay in touch with her and her family.

"You're in all of our thoughts and prayers and we're sending you well wishes and lots of love," Taylor concludes the call, as Presley and her mum both cry tears of joy.

According to TMZ, Presley is also a big fan of Ellen DeGeneres, and is hoping to have the chance to meet the chat show host as well.
