While the 'Hamilton' star vows to celebrate Adelaide every day, his wife Kelly recalls the day the little girl 'came barreling into this world' with a wish that she eats 'alllll the cake.'

AceShowbiz - Miguel Cervantes and his wife Kelly have honoured their late daughter Adelaide with two heartbreaking posts on what would have been her fourth birthday.

Adelaide died following a lifelong battle with epilepsy on Saturday, October 12, after suffering her first epileptic seizure at just seven months old, and was diagnosed with both epilepsy and Infantile Spasms (IS) while Miguel was in the process of auditioning for his celebrated role in "Hamilton".

While the couple announced they were "heartbroken" following their daughter's passing, they returned to social media to honour her on Thursday - on what would have been her birthday.

"Happy birthday to our baby sister," Miguel penned. "We will celebrate you today and every day."

Meanwhile, Kelly posted a snap of her husband holding Adelaide soon after she was born, writing in the caption: "Four years ago today you came barreling into this world. Five days ago you left it."

"We love you so much, Adelaideybug. I hope you're eating alllll the cake. Happy birthday."

Earlier this week, the actor took to Twitter to thank fans for their support during the difficult time, and assure them he, his wife and their young son were doing their best to support one another.

"Dear everyone, Just wanted you to know that @KellyGC411, Jackson and I are doing ok," Miguel wrote. "We are comforted knowing there are so many people sending positive vibes. We are seeing all of it."
