The 'Shallow' singer reveals her remedies that include a freezing cold bath after she took a tumble on the stage with a male fan during her Enigma residency performance in Las vegas.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa revealed what she did once she got off the stage after she took a nasty tumble during her recent Enigma show at the MGM Park Theater in the Sin City. She told her online followers that she took "ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20."
The Mother Monster revealed her "post-show routine" in a series of pictures on Instagram. The first picture saw her enduring a cold bath in a tub full of ice, the second image showed her much more comfortable lying in a warm water, while the last one showed her asleep wearing a pink mask and an oversized black body suit.
Hours earlier just before her Las Vegas performance, the "A Star Is Born" songstress shared a picture of her getting out of a swimming pool in a pink swimsuit. "Pre-show routine: Hard workout and then Galactic Laps. GagaPhelp," so she wrote in the caption.
Lady GaGa fell off the stage on Thursday night, October 17. She invited a male fan to come onto the stage and then wrapped her legs around his waist. As the fan danced with the singer in his arms, he lost his footing as he stood close to the edge of the stage and ultimately brought her down with him.
GaGa's residency show began in December 2018 and it is expected to continue until May 2020.
