AceShowbiz - Actor William Baldwin's teenage son has been secretly battling cancer for the past year.
Just days after his niece, Hailey Baldwin, staged a wedding ceremony in South Carolina to mark her one-year anniversary as Justin Bieber's wife, the "Backdraft" star has gone public with the family health crisis.
Posting a photo of 16-year-old Vance on Instagram on Friday, October 4, Billy wrote: "Got diagnosed a year ago today, been in the clear for months now. #keepyourheadup #f***cancer... He kept it very quiet... we all did.
"He went through 28 rounds of chemo yet stayed VERY positive, focused and kept his life as normal as possible... every single day."
