In the video released on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', the 'Her' actor wears a full Joker makeup as he loses his cool and curses out a crew member before walking off the set.

AceShowbiz - A "Joker" behind-the-scenes video was released on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" when main star Joaquin Phoenix came to the late-night show as a part of press tour ahead of the movie's release. The outtake reel shows the actor cussing out a crew member on the set.
"The constant whispering, just shut the f*** up dude. I'm trying to, like, find something real," an agitated Phoenix flipped out before later adding, "Sorry, [bleep]. It's not a big deal. It's not a big deal. It kinda is. "
"I know you started the f***ing Cher thing, Larry. Making fun of me. Like I'm a f***ing diva. It's not even an insult. Cher, really? Singer, actor, dancer, fashion icon - how's that a [bleep] insult? F*** I can't do this, man," continued the actor, who was shirtless and in a full Joker make-up, before he stormed off.
Phoenix explained to Jimmy Kimmel that Larry was Lawrence Sher who worked as a cinematographer in the movie. "I'm a little embarrassed. I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry you guys had to see that," he said. "There's no excuse for that. You shouldn't talk to people [like that]."
"Let me think about this a bit more. My publicist will issue a formal statement tomorrow," he joked. "Can we move on? ...I should probably publicly apologize to Larry."
"Joker" is directed and produced by Todd Phillips, the mastermind behind "The Hangover" movie series. It's supported by Robert De Niro, Alec Baldwin, and Zazie Beetz, and will be released Stateside on October 4.
