An active warrant has reportedly been issued for the 'Reality Bites' funnyman after the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department conducted an investigation over claim he grabbed a male Uber driver's crotch.

AceShowbiz - Comedian Andy Dick is facing arrest after police issued a warrant over a sexual battery charge.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there's an active warrant out for the funnyman's arrest over a 2018 incident, in which the "Reality Bites" star allegedly reached over and grabbed a male Uber driver's crotch.
Although the warrant was issued in March this year after an investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, he is yet to be apprehended following the allegation.
Dick avoided jail for groping a woman in the street last year when he cut a plea deal in July that meant he had to complete 15 days of community service and spend the next 36 months on summary probation.
The 53-year-old has a long history of addiction issues and trouble with the law over lewd behaviour and sexual misconduct, having been arrested for indecent exposure and sexual battery in the past.
