The 'Give Your Heart a Break' singer and the Air Force vet have reportedly been hanging out and are taking things slow after having flirty exchanges on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato and Mike Johnson have followed up their online flirting with an actual meeting. The singer/actress and the reality TV star have reportedly spent time together recently and things have been going on well so far.
"They did go on a date and it's been going well," a source tells E! News. The two, however, won't rush anything out and are said to be taking things slow. "They seem to have a lot in common and are just enjoying getting to know each other," the so-called insider adds.
Another source shares a similar story to ET. "Everything went well on the date," the source dishes on Demi and Mike's relationship. "They had been messaging and then got in touch in real life through Hannah Brown."
Demi first declared her interest in Mike during his stint on "The Bachelorette" season 15, which aired last summer. She took to Instagram Stories to document herself watching the show and commented on Mike's one-on-one date, "Mike I accept your rose." She went on gushing, "His smile! And his eyes! He smiles with his eyes. And he always picks her up and swings her when he hugs her. Swing me! Kiss me!"
When Mike tweeted in July, "Jus saying, my future wife though girl you ready for smiles, adventure, comfort, growth, honesty, laughter, me falling using my inhaler and kissing your stretch marks and imperfections. Where u hiding," Demi responded, "I'M RIGHT HERE MIKE I'M RIGHT HERE BOO MY MOM ALREADY LOVES YOU TOO."
Asked about Demi's public flirting with him, the 31-year-old portfolio manager told Us Weekly, "I'm flirting with her too. Tell her, 'What's up, baby?' " He added, "I would definitely take her out for an initial date, yeah. 100 percent not scared about it at all. I would be like, 'Oh my God! Girl, come here.' "
The Air Force vet continued their social media interaction by commenting on the 27-year-old beauty's bikini photo showing off her cellulite which was posted earlier this month. "Look at me like that again. Love yaself," so "The Bachelorette" alum wrote, prompting fans to ask them to date.
