'9-1-1: Lone Star', which will see the 'Lord of the Rings' actress taking on the role of Chief Paramedic Michelle Blake, will mark her first broadcast role on television.

AceShowbiz - Liv Tyler has joined Rob Lowe for the "9-1-1" spin-off.
The "Armageddon" star will portray Chief Paramedic Michelle Blake in "9-1-1: Lone Star", which is set in Austin, Texas.
Lowe will take on the role of a firefighter.
The series will mark Tyler's debut on broadcast TV in the U.S. - she previously appeared on cable drama "The Leftovers".
"9-1-1: Lone Star" will debut in America in January (2020).
