The Star Lord depicter jokingly hits back at his 'Guardians of the Galaxy' co-star after the former wrestler mocks Chris' workout routine to stay in shape.

AceShowbiz - Chris Pratt's physical transformation from his "Parks and Recreation" days to his muscular looks in "Jurassic World" and "Guardians of the Galaxy" has inspired some people to follow his lead. One of them is Andy Beal, who shared his story with U.K.'s Men's Health magazine.

But Chris' own friend Dave Bautista is apparently not a fan of the 40-year-old hunk's training regime. After the "Passengers" star responded to Andy's Twitter post promoting his weight loss story, Dave couldn't help mocking his "GOTG" co-star.

"Wow! Keep up the great work Andy. We all need a kick in the butt from time to time. Honored my story motivated you! You have in turn inspired me," Chris congratulated Andy on his successful attempt to get in shape.

Dave, meanwhile, jokingly tried to prove Chris' workout routine didn't work on him. The retired wrestler shared before-and-after photos of himself, with the former showing his six-pack abs and the latter featuring him putting on some weight.

"6 weeks after training like @prattprattpratt. Thanks buddy!" he sarcastically captioned it, adding the hashtag #whatsmysnack, which refers to Chris' Instagram posts featuring him consuming some healthy meals for his diet.

As for Chris and Dave, both actors have starred together in "GOTG", its sequel "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3", "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame". They are expected to reprise their roles as Star Lord and Drax respectively in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3".
