Setting the record straights on the ongoing rumors, the former 'Fox and Friends' co-host assures all of them are 'like a family,' despite their heated debates on the show.

AceShowbiz - There's no bad blood between "The View" co-hosts, despite what has been reported on the media. Abby Huntsman set the record straight on rumors of the host of the ABC talk show feuding in an interview with E! News on Wednesday, September 4.

During the interview, she assured that all of them are "like a family" even though they always ended up in a heated debate while filming for the show. "People always want something to write about, and they will make a much bigger story often out of nothing," she said. "If you wanna spend time backstage with us, we're all humans. We're all women. We all have the same dreams in life. We go home to our kids. I text all the hosts at different times about things that I'm going through."

Abby went on insisting that all of them "are friends," before admitting that all the headlines about them beefing behind-the-scenes brought her a good laugh. She said, "I was laughing on maternity leave because I would read about stuff, and I'm like, I know what actually happened and what I'm reading and how false that is. But, what are you gonna do?"

She then said all the arguments that viewers always watch on television are normal because it's something common between family and friends. "You have moments of disagreement but we're like a family, and I come from one of seven kids, you're gonna fight sometimes," she added. "But, underneath it all, you all are friends."

Viewers of "The View" have long been speculating whether or not its hosts are not getting along well backstage due to their heated debate on the show, especially Meghan McCain and Joy Behar who often make headlines for butting heads politically. Most recently, Meghan clashed with her co-hosts over gun control.

In contrary to the panel, Meghan made it clear that she wouldn't vote for anyone with a gun policy she was not completely in line with. Dubbing herself as the "chick on the panel that spent most of her break shooting," she said, "This is a ground-level issue for me. If you're going to be a gun-grabber, you don't get my vote."

"The AR-15 is by far the most popular gun in America," she continued. "I was just in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, if you're taking people's guns from them, there's going to be a lot of violence. I'm not living without guns. It's just that simple."

Sunny Hostin then pointed out the mass shootings that had been happening a lot lately in the country, while Abby was wondering whether she could walk in a mall without feeling nervous that "someone is going to pull out a shotgun." But Meghan still stood by her opinion as saying, "None of you feel safe? I feel safe that I can protect myself," prompting the audience to boo at her.
