Having to balance 'The Kelly Clarkson Show', 'The Voice' and her singing career, the 'American Idol' alum admits that she could easily slip back into depression if she is left overwhelmed.

AceShowbiz - Kelly Clarkson is clinging to advice Reba McEntire gave her in an effort to stay on top of things as she launches a new TV chat show.

The singer will debut "The Kelly Clarkson Show" in America on September 9 and she is paying careful attention to what she takes on, so she is not left overwhelmed and depressed.

"Reba told me, 'You're caring too much about too many things. You have to have people in the right spots'," Kelly tells Parade. "I used to suffer from depression and could easily slip back into that if I weren't steadily paying attention to time management. With all the things that I do, I definitely need time for me."

That said, while she's balancing her new chat show with a judging role on "The Voice" and a singing career, Clarkson still has one more major dream within reach - a live TV musical: "I want them to do White Christmas," she says. "I want to be Rosemary Clooney!".
