Edson Ricci insists in his documents that he is still owed over $41,500 by the 'Mean Girls' actress after winning his small claims court case against the star.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan's former driver has won his latest legal bid to collect $40,000 (£32,500) from the actress.

After winning his small claims court case against the "Mean Girls" star - regarding the debt for services he provided in 2012 - in New York in 2017 , Edson Ricci insists he is still owed over $41,500 (£33,000) by Lohan.

And in new legal documents obtained by The Blast, a judge in Los Angeles, California has agreed to allow Ricci to pursue the balance in the state of California too, widening the opportunities for the driver to successfully collect what he is owed.

According to reports, Lohan has yet to formally respond to any of her disgruntled ex-chauffeur's legal filings.
