The 'Jackass' star intends to stay sober this time around, after he was caught drinking at a bar in Los Angeles just days since he agreed to go back to rehab.

AceShowbiz - Bam Margera has returned to rehab for the third time in under a month, after twice bailing on treatment.

The "Jackass" star agreed to get professional help for his addiction problems at the start of August, following an intervention by his family and TV psychiatrist Dr. Phil McGraw, but was arrested in an allegedly drunken state just over a week later at a Los Angeles hotel.

He agreed to go back into rehab, but again quit and was filmed drinking at an L.A. bar on Wednesday (August 21). However, sources close to the former professional skater tell TMZ.com he's now trying get help to beat the booze again.

Insiders claim the 39-year-old entered a new rehab facility on Thursday and intends to stay sober. TMZ report that a major issue has been his desire to keep his phone with him during treatment so he can speak to his 18-month-old son - and is hoping he'll be allowed to use the device during his latest stint.

The TV prankster's original rehab stint was originally supposed to last 60 to 90 days, which he agreed to after his estranged mother April and his wife Nikki spoke with him and Dr. Phil and begged him to get help for his problems.

Bam revealed the intervention in videos he posted online, asking for help and explaining his family life is a "shambles".
