And on Wednesday, August 21, the beauty posted a picture of her bare baby bump after having a massage, with the caption: "Practicing some serious self care and feeling grateful for an hour and a half of massage bliss."
While the star was flooded with messages of support for the candid snaps, one troll commented: "I can tell sis probably struggled to have this baby."
"Saw your other 'pressed AF' (as f**k) comment," the former America's Next Top Model judge quickly hit back. "Not sure why you are commenting or following if you are just going to hate. Love you sis and hope you find some peace & positivity."
The couple announced the news on Instagram last week, revealing Ashley's blossoming baby bump in a sweet video to celebrate their ninth wedding anniversary.
In the caption she wrote: "Life is about to get even better."
