Patrol Officer Solomon Nhiwatiwa is charged with several crimes including attempted kidnapping, pandering obscenity involving a minor and disseminating material harmful to juveniles among others.

AceShowbiz - A Cleveland police officer named Solomon Nhiwatiwa had been accused of urinating a 12-year-old girl for refusing a lift to school. As if that was not enough, it was said that the patrol officer filmed himself doing the nasty thing against the minor.

The incident occured on last Friday, August 16, according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. Nhiwatiwa allegedly drove past the victim, who was waiting for a school bus, with his windows rolled down. The 34-year-old cop offered her a lift, though the girl refused.

Authorities went on saying that after the refusal, he drove off only to return one minute later and park his car. Nhiwatiwa then exposed her genitals to the girl and proceed to urinate on her, all while documenting the action on his phone. He then got back into his car and drove off.

Police later arrested Nhiwatiwa on Tuesday, August 20 following the report made by the victim's horrified mother. He was charged with several crimes including attempted kidnapping, pandering obscenity involving a minor, disseminating material harmful to juveniles, endangering children, criminal child enticement, interfering with custody, public indecency and assault.

In addition, another resident of the area called police to report a man, later identified as Nhiwatiwa, acting suspiciously and looking inside people's cars.

Nhiwatiwa, who turned himself in to police on Tuesday, was suspended without pay. He, who has served on the Force for five years, is set to be arraigned on August 26.

"These actions are impossible to comprehend. My office will hold him accountable and ensure that he never holds the position of police officer again," Cuayhoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O'Malley said in a statement. Meanwhile, Nhiwatiwa's mother spoke to WKYC, "We raise our children and we do the best we can and that's what we do as moms, if you're a mom you know."
