AceShowbiz - Mackenzie McKee is now a single woman. The "Teen Mom OG" star confirmed on social media on Friday, August 16 that she and husband Josh had split, just one day before the exes would celebrate their sixth wedding anniversary.

Taking to Twitter, Mackenzie addressed what caused the split, "I would like to say, that due to stress, me needing to stay focused, the media, etc. I am deciding my marriage needs a break. My heart breaks for my kids. But as of right now, this is what's best. Thank you." When one fan expressed her disbelief because she and Josh had always looked "solid," Mackenzie responded, "We were. We were truly best friends. It's all just devastating."

She also shared on Instagram an old selfie of herself rocking the wedding ring, captioning it, "Freshly single and ready to, be the boss babe that I am and let God lead me to what I deserve." Mackenzie later deleted the post, but put the words "single mom" in her bio.

Josh, on the other hand, has yet to address their breakup.

Days before announcing their split, Mackenzie suspected Josh was cheating on her after learning his married pal brought a woman back to his hotel room during a work-related trip with Josh. In the latest episode of "Teen Mom OG", Mackenzie confronted Josh about it, prompting him to confess that he went to a bar with the said friend unbeknownst to her.

However, he denied that he cheated on her. "There was no affection or anything like that there. I'm just here to tell you that I was at a bar, and I'd like you to trust me when I'm getting a few drinks at a bar...I was just avoiding the fight, and I was wrong," he told Mackenzie during the episode.

Mackenzie and Josh, who made their reality TV show debut on "16 and Pregnant" in 2011, got married on August 17, 2013. They share three children together, Gannon (7), Jaxie Taylor (5) and Brones (3).
