Some people accuse the 'Toxic' singer of being 'insensitive' for flaunting her pricey stilettos, while others criticize her for buying a product made from animal skin.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears has been slammed online for her not-so-humble Instagram post. The Princess of Pop, who reportedly made $30 million from June 1, 2017, through June 1, 2018, recently bragged about her $6,000 Louboutin shoes that she has never worn.

"Four years ago I bought my first pair of Christian Louboutin snakeskin heels that were 6,000 dollars," she wrote in the caption of a picture showing off the green shoe, which was displayed in her closet. She added, "PS I've never worn them !!!!"

While Britney's post hinted that she took pride in being able to purchase the pricey shoes, needless to say that many people were not impressed by her brag. These critics called her out for being insensitive since there are people who struggle to afford some basic daily needs.

"Must be nice to flaunt your overindulgence. Meanwhile, we have people who can't afford their next meal. Here's an idea, instead of spending that sort of money on nonsense, donate it," one scolded the 37-year-old singer. Another similarly commented, "Britney, I don think u should be posting how much u pay for things, yes u can afford it and that’s great but it might be a little insensitive to those that struggle each day."

"Do you know all the meals you can buy with 6000$ for the Syrian kids that are suffering war in their country?" read another comment, while someone else dissed the former "The Mickey Mouse Club" member, "What a waste of money. But from all of your posts, it seems that all you care about is your wardrobe. You're a very strange and probably lonely human..."

Some others, meanwhile, took issue with the fact that she bought a product made from animal skin. "Congrats on contributing to animal cruelty, all for nothing," a user cynically responded to the post. "That's is shameful to wear animals killed for vanity and brag about letting them go to waste. So cavalier and dismissive," another animal lover told Britney, while someone else said, "I don't Care how much you've spent in It, but please think about animais (sic) suffring (sic), for nothing!"

Still, there are some people who defended Britney and her lavish lifestyle. "YESSSSSSSS!!!! QUEEN OF CASUALLY REVEALING YOUR WEALTH UNAPOLOGETICALLY!! YOU CAN DO NO WRONG AND PLEASE WEAR THEM IN YOUR NEXT VID!!!" one posted a message of support to the "...Baby One More Time" hitmaker.

Another hit back at the haters, "Zip it haters! Giving a wealthy person grief for spending THEIR own money the way they want. Smh lol what a joke." Another person wrote sarcastically, "How DARE you be successful and enjoy the spoils of your success! Don;t you know we are a socialist country! Because socialism has always been HUGELY successful every time it has been tried! - Sincerely, the whining people of social media."
