Besides the singing diva, fans are also hoping that Rihanna will headline the annual event after she previously rejected the offer in support of Colin Kaepernick.

AceShowbiz - Jay-Z and his company Roc Nation recently signed a deal with NFL to co-produce the Super Bowl Halftime show. Given that the rapper is married to Beyonce Knowles, this news got many people hoping that Beyonce would headline the annual event once again.

Fans even took to Twitter to let their feelings known, with a lot of them saying that the "Crazy in Love" singer would be serving as the headliner "every three years." Someone else wondered, "So will this mean Beyonce performs every Superbowl Halftime show??? Cause I can definitely get on board with that." Meanwhile, one person said that Beyonce is "the only artist capable and worthy enough for the Super Bowl..."

Besides "The Lion King" star, people have also listed other celebrities who they would like to see at the upcoming Super Bowl. Among them was Rihanna, who is signed to Roc Nation. Fans also pointed out that the Barbadian singer is going to release her next album this year, so she would be the perfect choice for the next halftime show headliner.

"I would like to see who's going to perform at the halftime next. Probs Rihanna cuz it'll be her new era big comeback and then have the superbowl too. She's dominating next year," one reasoned. One other hoped, "Hopefully that means we get Rihanna at the Super Bowl next year."

It remains to be seen whether Rih is really going to be the headliner for next year's halftime show. After all, the "Umbrella" singer once rejected an offer to headline the halftime show at Super Bowl LIII in a show of support to Colin Kaepernick. "The NFL and CBS really wanted Rihanna to be next year's performer in Atlanta," an insider said at the time. "They offered it to her, but she said no because of the kneeling controversy. She doesn't agree with the NFL's stance."
