AceShowbiz - "Bachelor in Paradise" season 6 returned on Monday, August 12. The new episode kicked off with first rose ceremony where the guys handed out the roses. Derek Peth gave his to Demi Burnett, while Clay Harbor chose Nicole Lopez-Alvar. Wills Reid presented his rose to Katie Morton and Kevin Fortenberry chose Sydney Lotuaco.
As for John Paul Jones, he gave his rose to Onyeka Ehie with Cameron Ayala picking Caelynn Miller-Keyes. Dylan Harbour handed out his rose to Hannah Godwin. With that, Blake Horstmann, who tried to swoop in on Hannah before the rose ceremony, ended up giving his rose to Tayshia. As Christian Estrada picked Kristina Schulman, Bibiana Julian, Annaliese Puccini and Adrianne Averbukh a.k.a. Jane were sent home.
Following the first rose ceremony, Hannah was confused about who she should choose among Dylan and Blake. Demi and Katie pushed her to choose Dylan, saying that he looked completely invested in her while Blake showed an interest in multiple women. Eventually he chose Dylan.
After her date with Dylan, she had some more one-on-one time with Blake, much to everyone's surprises. They looked happy while dancing and then shared a kiss on the beach with Dylan and others watching. That prompted the latter to approach them.
When Dylan tried to pull Hannah aside, Blake stopped him and told him that he deserved time with Hannah after Dylan "shadowed" her all day. Dylan asked Hannah if she was on the same page as him and that only made her uncomfortable. "I don't know, guys," she said. "THIS IS SO AWKWARD WE CAN'T HANDLE IT. PLS MAKE IT STOP."
Everyone who witnessed the ordeal were surprised to see how things went and some cast members couldn't help but judge Hannah. "I feel as though she's had her hand in a lot of the drama," Tayshia said of Hannah. "She's a freakin' player, just like Blake!" Echoing the statement, Sydney added, "She's not innocent in any of it."
