If a report from Us Weekly is to be believed, the hot felon and the Topshop heiress have called it quits after two years together. However, the two still remain on good terms as their split is allegedly amicable.

A source tells the publication that the lovebirds decided to split "about two months ago," adding that the two "are off and on still speaking." It's also reported that Chloe is selling their shared home in London and that Jeremy is "surprised" to see photos of her getting cozy with another man shortly after their split.

The photos that the source is referring to were taken last week, when the daughter of Sir Philip Green was enjoying a yacht ride with a group of friends during her trip to Mediterranean. In one photo, she was seen taking off her pink bikini top as she casually talked to the unidentified man, before they were snapped embracing each other while lying on a bed.

The mystery man was later identified as athlete Rommy Gianni. Born in Rome, he is the President of the Association and Federation of the Monte Carlo Polo and Captain of the oldest Polo Team in the city.

Jeremy and Chloe began dating in summer 2017, after his split from his wife of eight years Melissa Meeks. The couple, who shares a baby boy named Jayden together, has been hit with breakup rumors since earlier this year, with one report stating that they might be calling it quits after Jeremy attended walked the red carpet and posed together with Romanian model Andreea Sasu at the Cannes Film Festival.

However, Jeremy shut down the rumors by sharing a picture of him and Chloe sharing a hug with a caption that read, "We are still very much in love."
