When stopping by 'Today' show, the Olympic skier and his wife Morgan Beck break the happy news and share the story of him dreaming of having twin boys on his birthday.

AceShowbiz - Bode Miller and his wife Morgan Beck are set to welcome "identical twin boys."

The Olympic skier, 41, and 32-year-old Morgan tragically lost their daughter Emeline after she fell into a neighbour's swimming pool near the couple's California home and drowned last June (18). She was 19-months-old.

The couple has since welcomed 10-month-old Easton Vaughn Rek, and announced the "shock" news during an appearance on "Today" on Monday (August 12).

"From the beginning of our relationship, (Bode) always said, 'I want identical twin boys, born on my birthday,' " Morgan shared. "And this time, when we found out I was pregnant, I said, 'Do you think it's twins this time?’ And he said 'No.' "

Morgan, a model and beach volleyball player, explained it was during an ultrasound appointment she attended alone that she learned the news, adding, "Sure enough, identical twin boys."

She later revealed in a post on Instagram the twins are due on 11 November, almost one month to the day after Bode's birthday.

The couple also shares four-year-old son Nash, while Bode is father to six-year-old Samuel and 11-year-old daughter Neesyn from previous relationships.
