Despite failing to arrive atop the chart this week, the 'Cocoa Butter Kisses' rapper's latest album becomes the most-streamed album of the week with 80,000 SEA units.

AceShowbiz - This week's Billboard 200 sees a close match between rappers. NF and Chance the Rapper's albums come on tops on the chart this week, but the former's album "The Search" ultimately takes the No. 1 spot and marks his second chart-topping album. According to Nielsen Music, NF's new record racked up 130,000 equivalent album units in the week ending August 1.

This definitely exceeds people's expectation, since industry's forecasters predict that Chance's album will arrive atop the chart and that "The Search" will bow at 95,000 units. The number itself benefited from a range of merchandise/album bundles that are sold via his website in addition to a large streaming number. "The Search" garnered 43,000 in SEA units and 84,000 in traditional album sales. With that, it has marked the biggest sales week for a rap album this year and the fourth-largest week for a rap album in this year.

Celebrating the album's success, NF thanks his fans and those who worked with him on the album as saying, "I put my life into this and to see this much support means a lot to me."

Back to this week's chart, Chance's "The Big Day" debuts at No. 2 with 108,000 units. Despite failing to take the No. 1 position, the album becomes the most-streamed album of the week with 80,000 SEA units. Three former No. 1 albums occupy the rest of the top five, starting from Ed Sheeran's "No. 6 Collaborations Project" that falls to No. 3 with 58,000 units. Billie Eilish's "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" follows closely at No. 4 with 47,000 units, while Chris Brown's "Indigo" moves up to No. 5 with 40,000 units.

At No. 6, Lil Nas X's "7" descends one spot with 39,000. Lizzo's "Cuz I Love You" holds its No. 7 position with 37,000 units, as Key Glock and Young Dolph make their debut on Billboard 200 with their collaborative project "Dum and Dummer" that sold 36,000 units. Another new release, Of Monsters and Men's "Fever Dream", comes in at No. 9 with 34,000 units. Rounding out this week's top ten is "Revenge of the Dreamers III" with 33,000 units.
